Tri-State Bad Movie Appreciation Group

Do you like B-movies? Not the on purpose kind SYFY's been spitting out lately but genuine, usually older, low budget movies that are so terrible they're good. With titles like Things, Blood Diner, Redneck Zombies, Rug Suckers from Outer Space, well you get the picture. I have always loved B-movies from Troma to Godzilla. I have a friend who is a true B-movie connoisseur, so much so he started a local group on Facebook dedicated to B-movie appreciation. Along with the online group he began hosting a monthly B-movie night at a local night club, Schlock Treatment, along with a little help from me. We showed tons of cult classics, and had a really good time doing so, but after about a year or so there was a hiatus. Now Schlock Treatment is back at PG, on Franklin Street. We had the first show at the new venue last week and everyone in attendance seemed to really enjoy themselves, he showed Blood Diner and a short film called Banana Motherf*****.

Now for full disclosures sake, he doesn't make any money off of this it's all for pure B-movie love. So come out to PG next month for some B-movie goodness...er badness or whatever.
